Hi,

this has been discussed multiple times now and I know that bluez's
upstream is working to implement a rfkill switch that should be
included into bluez code itself.

Ubuntu used a patch for this, but it's just a work-around for now and
multiple upstream's developers told me that is not the right approach
to use.

Anyway I think that the next bluez's release will have this fix.
