[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#539361: bluez: new upstream release available

Since the upper message there were several new upstream releases, latest is 4.56.
It would be really nice to have them in sid or at least in experimental.
Are there any grave problems or what is the reason for the debian releases being so behind?
