[Pkg-bluetooth-maintainers] Bug#649365: linux-image-3.1.0-1-amd64: Broadcom USB adapter not recognised

It looks like I am affected by #643321. Bluez maintainers, was the fix
for this bug supposed to unbreak the mis-named configuration file? I
upgraded bluez through the following versions and still ended up with
a /etc/dbus-1/system.d/bluetooth.conf.dpkg-remove file:

4.96-3
