Updated patch to adhere to dep3 standard. (thanks to ciphermox for
the heads up)

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/patches/use-ldadd.patch: fix AM_LDFLAGS misuse, use 
    LDADD instead (LP: #1489661, Closes: 797128)
