[pkg-boinc-devel] BOINC 5.2.5, Sarge backports and a new archive layout

I am not sure that the new archive layout is optimal.  This is what 
debian's main archive layout looks like.

Debian3.0r6 -> woody
Debian3.1r0 -> sarge
etch
experimental -> ../project/experimental
oldstable -> woody
sarge
sid
stable -> sarge
testing -> etch
unstable -> sid
woody

Boinc's should be similar, including the symbolic links.  Sarge gets the 
5.2.5 backport.  Etch should get version 5.2.4-2.  Version 5.2.5-1 does 
not install in etch because of a libstdc++6 version conflict.  Sid gets 
whatever the latest version is (5.2.5-1).  Experimental and woody should 
not be needed.
