Please allow boinc 5.4.11-4 into etch.

Okay, I missed that #379137 was marked as found in 5.4.11-4. However, I talked 
with the new submitter and figured out that the bug he describes is not 
exactly the same as the original #379137 and that it is _not_ of RC severity.

I reported this new bug as #404269 with severity important. And note that this 
bug is also found in 5.4.11-3.

Could you please unblock boinc/5.4.11-4 now again?
