Bug#438779: boinc-client: update of package should not start new version automatically

Do you know of any other package that behaves like this?

Would it be asked too much to set ENABLED="0" in /etc/default/boinc-client 
after stopping the client? This would prevent the start of the client at boot 
time and after upgrades by just disabling the init script completely.
