Eugene / et. al.,

I'm not saying I disagree.  From a pure security standpoint you are
correct but... Long ago it did this (at least in Windoze install) and
more users had problems with this then you can imagine.  Complaints
about having to "edit some obscure file with some 16 digit number..."
rant, rave, etc.  So I am only advising that you take this into
consideration also.  Skip
