The problem is not that boinc-amd-opencl is in conflict with it self,
this is the case in almost every package. The problem is, that amd-
libopencl1 is not available in the ubuntu repository, only in debian,
but listed as a dependency. You can remove this dependency, because
fglrx-driver contains all amd/ati drivers together, that are split into
multiple packages in debian.
