color=#0000ff>Dans la mythologie grecque, les "Pommes d’or" du Jardin des
Hespérides désignaient des agrumes.<BR><BR>Parmi ceux-ci on trouvait,
notamment, de superbes pamplemousses dorés, offerts en cadeau de noces par
Gaïa, déesse de la terre, à Héra, déesse du mariage.<BR><BR>Ces agrumes
étaient conservés par les Hespérides, filles d'Atlas (<I>l'un des
Titans</I>) , dans le jardin des Hespérides.<BR><BR>L’un des 12 "Travaux
d’Hercule" consistait à rapporter ces pamplemousses, les "pommes d'or", du
