Ce programme à pour objectif de permettre aux superviseurs de rehausser leur efficacité en fonction des nouveaux défis du 21e siècle en gestion des ressources humaines. </P>
<P class=Style1 align=justify><BR>
Ce programme de formation de 8 jours pour superviseur en fonction, est unique. Il propose une approche qui sort des sentiers battus de la supervision traditionnelle pour tenter d’intégrer une dynamique interactive et andragogique. Le déroulement de chaque jour de formation est construit avec les participants et leurs préoccupations. En plus, de proposer des approches concrètes, nous effectuons un suivi de coaching et donnons des outils pratiques qui facilitent l’intégration des apprentissages par les participants.</P>

Veuillez prendre note que le programme de superviseur est « ouvert » ce qui signifie, que vous pouvez vous joindre au programme quand vous voulez. Par exemple, si vous vous joignez au groupe à la formation # 3 vous pourrez suivre les formations # 1 et # 2 après. </P>
