[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#367041: please make it possible / easier to
be build with boost and stlport

Package: boost
Severity: minor
Hi,
I'd like to add boost to an existing project which already includes STLport
headers (as g++ does not provide all the goods...). However, Debian's boost
packages conflict (implicitly) with STLport.
I would appreciate additional information on how this can be reconciled. I
could rebuild the package -- but I could not figure out to add STLport even
though upstream seems to support it in some whape or form out of the box.
I would like Debian to support it too, or at least to stand less in my way
of combining Boost and STLport.
Thanks, Dirk
