nobody ever asked for them. i was even thinking of removing -d variants.

as packaged as they currently are (like in 1.33.1) are quite unusable.
to be somewhat used, they should be moved to the respective
libboost-.*1.34.x and libboost-*-dev packages.

would you like something like this?
