Neither did I, quite frankly. Probably an undocumented 'cross distro' build
depends I was violating.

It only lead to me banging my head against the wall about how to install the
not-yet-official Boost.Accumulators using bjam/jam. Until, an hour later, I
realized that these are just templates so I set up a quick and dirty
mini-Debian package that just copies the headers into /usr/include/boost :)
Accumulators is very nifty. Would be cool if you Boost Guys could adopt it
for Debian.
