[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#478782: libboost-dev has circular Depends on libboost-serialization-dev

Hello Debian Boost Team,

There is a circular dependency between libboost-dev and libboost-serialization-dev:

libboost-dev 	:Depends: libboost-serialization-dev
libboost-serialization-dev 	:Depends: libboost-dev (= 1.34.1-11)

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade,
so we should try to get rid of them.

In this instance I do not see the point of separate libboost-dev
and libboost-serialization-dev package if they are always installed
together. Why not include libboost-serialization-dev in libboost-dev ?
