[pkg-boost-devel] Boost default is now 1.42

Hi Steve,

the main issue will be probably with codes using boost::fusion. I had to
change
the interface in life [1] in 0.9.24(not yet released). The version in debian
is 0.9.23
and fails to build with 1.42 (case 2 below)
