[pkg-boost-devel] Bug#612989: bjam: Should suggest or recommend boost-build package

Package: bjam
Version: 3.1.16-1
Severity: wishlist

Since bjam is very closely tied to the boost-build system, the former should
recommend or suggest the latter. Since even something as simple as "bjam
--version" will fail without the boost-build package or special configuration,
recommends probably makes more sense.
