However above seems to contradict my understanding of the situation in
May 2016 lol =) Back then I did believe that boost needs to be
rebuild.

*sigh* i'm really not in a rational state of mind at the moment. I'll
try to dig into it during Debconf 2016, when I'm away from the current
politics in my country.
