[Pkg-cairo-dock-devel] Bug#594998: cairo-dock: should require or recommend curl for theme downloads

Right click on cairo-dock, choose cairo-dock ad click on manage themes. Without
having curl installed, only the single default locally installed theme is
shown. Curl is needed in order to fetch the list of remote themes on the server
and install them.
