Hi,

marking serious as it holds back the libindicator transition and c-d-p
was built on s390 in the past.

Mono isn't supported on s390 anymore. Because of that the mono-deps
are not installable there. Attached is a patch that should solve the
issue by limiting the arches to those supported by mono (and adding
s390x instead of s390).
