[Pkg-chromium-maint] Bug#669352: Please depend on libleveldb-dev and drop convenience copy of leveldb

Hi,

chromium-browser includes a convenience copy of leveldb and
links against it, this is discouraged by Policy § 4.13.

Please drop the copy of leveldb shipped with upstream
tarball and add a build-dependcy on libleveldb-dev.
