In fact we are set for a revolution which you are either going to join or be left in the cold.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">On the other hand, the South African Spirit was aptly demonstrated very recently with the Soccer World Cup. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">The world and even many of our own people regarded us as too far behind the rest of the world to host such a global event.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">But we rallied and for the duration of the World Cup, we were all amazed at the way every man, woman and child of the whole Rainbow Nation embraced the event and got onto the soccer train.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">We are "band wagon people". When it is the in thing to do, we jump at it, hook line and sinker!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">That same thing is going to happen to the Green Revolution.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">I have been at this game for three years now and I still stand amazed at the speed with which South Africans changed. And that change is exponential.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">I can see people turning "Green" faster in the next six months that in the previous two years!</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">The "band wagon syndrome" is soon going to result in developers turning Green in response to an awakened public. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">They will have to, or their developments will be plagued with unreliable services, breakdowns, etc. AND lower sales.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">That means Green housing developments will definitely increase in value faster than their conventional counterparts.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">It has happened in First World countries like Australia, where the increase was 31% higher than conventional housing developments, and the US where the increase was 28%.</span></span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">Furthermore, our unique situation as outlined above must inevitably result in a bigger increase than in these countries.</span></span> <strong> </strong></p>
