[pkg-cinnamon] Should "Maintainer" field be updated now?

Tested on my real machine and noted the following. The nemo dependency
on libnemo-extension1 is not strict enough. I could install 2.2.0-1
with the old, 1.8.4-1.1 version of libnemo-extension1 . Even after
upgrading that as well, Cinnamon fails to start with 'missing plugin'
or something. .xsession revealed that nm-applet (network manager) is
missing, which is no longer part of Cinnamon as I know. Couldn't make
it work, will investigate this further.
The bigger problem is that I couldn't build all packages in a clean,
up-to-date chroot, due to auto* tools problems.
