When I started the improvements the cinnamon-translation debian git 
repository was empty.
Now isn't anymore, start commit is of some months ago, there are other 
repositories missed or not updated?
The debian repositories I watch is this:

Is right?

I fixed the section watching the debian repository, there are other 
changes I did today useful for debian repository.

The improved upstream debian folder is here:

This evening probably I'll propose the merging upstream.
