[pkg-cinnamon] "capi-py_ccc_search_path" fails to apply building the cinnamon package.

Hi all,
I've noticed a small issue building the "cinnamon" package at least
using sbuild, it fails (because no fuzz is allowed) applying the patch
"capi-py_ccc_search_path".

The patch cannot be applied cleanly because it tries to delete the
original "capi.py" file that is actually deleted during the build
clean phase, see the debian/clean file.

I attach my local commit patch that simply lets the dh_clean takes
care about the file deletion.
