[pkg-cinnamon] cinnamon debian/changelog and commit 09476a29

Hi,

The same comments about the changes in muffin apply to the commit 09476a29 in
cinnamon. But leaving that aside for a moment, in the same commit there is
another entry:
 * cinnamon-screensaver 2.2.3 solves one security issue reported to cinnamon.
   (Closes: #738828 CVE-2014-1949)

Which, I haven't found any pointers about it being closed upstream, can you
provide some more information about it?

Also, if the issue is in another package it should be reassigned before being
closed.
