 From message seems you have only official experimental that not have 
uploaded 4 packages for now.

This is the complete explain for install maxy's repository with all package:

sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list # add the line below
deb [trusted=yes]http://maxy.com.ar/debian experimental main
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install cinnamon # this will add all basic packages needed 
to start testing cinnamon on debian

if you do the commands from root terminal remove sudos and you can use 
other editor installed instead of nano (vi, gedit ecc..)
