[pkg-cinnamon] cinnamon-translations: Could the package be renamed please?

Hi!

While going through <https://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html> I noticed
that cinnamon-translations has been uploaded, and would like to
request that it be renamed to something like cinnamon-l10n to be in line
with the rest of such packages already in the distribution, so that we
can have some naming consistency. At least for the binary package, if
upstream calls the project that way upstream.

Doing so before it gets processed would be nice to avoid another
roundtrip through NEW.
