[pkg-cinnamon] Printer settings not working, show print services not available

Solved installing cups and cups-client, probably can be good add them as
recommends of cinnamon-desktop-environment and gnome desktop tasksel or
metapackage (I had the problem also on Sid installation started from
gnome desktop).
I'll add cups as recommends of cinnamon-desktop-environment or someone
have contraindications about it?
