cinnamon-bluetooth is currently blocked due to the new gnome-bluetooth version, it needs to be ported to a new version. It might be that it ends up being dropped, upstream is still undecided about that.  We probably would remove the recommends until a new version appears.

cinnamon-l10n is the binary package for cinnamon-translations which was recently rejected.  We fixed it, but apparently didn't re-upload it :-/.  I'll take care of that today.
