Sorry for the delay, I thought this had been fixed weeks ago, but the git version had unfortunately not been uploaded.

It's GPLv2. It's been fixed now.

'the linuxmint package' is actually the cinnamon package.  As far as I can tell, this is a very old string that was left behind and nobody bothered to change it.  Both cinnamon and cinnamon-control-center are GPLv2.
