[pkg-cinnamon] Bug#759613: RM: cinnamon [s390x] -- ROM; Remove from s390x due to missing dependencies

Hi,

After fixing the pending FTBFS in cinnamon for s390x, it turned out that it has
now built but it's missing some binary dependencies and thus it won't migrate to
testing.

Please remove cinnamon from s390x in unstable, so that it can migrate to testing
on the other architectures.
