Are you still experiencing the issue that causes you to be 
unable to unlock the screen under Cinnamon?

If so, we need you to answer clearly whether this is being 
triggered by popups that are happening while the screen 
is locked or not.

If the answer is no, then we need you to provide more 
information as to what could possibly be causing this.

Please get back to us, otherwise we will have to close the bug 
as we don't have enough information to do anything useful with it.
