NM-1.0.typelib has been split into it's own package gir1.2-nm-1.0 in
version 1.8.0-2 (currently available in experimental).

Which means the following package dependencies should be updated
accordingly:
gir1.2-nmgtk-1.0 → gir1.2-nma-1.0
gir1.2-networkmanager-1.0 → gir1.2-nm-1.0


Assuming the upstream PR is merged, the build-dependencies need to be
changed as well:
libnm-glib-dev → libnm-dev
add libnma-dev

Would be great if you can make those changes in experimental or early in
the buster release cycle.
