I noticed this in Debian and I reported this to Cinnamon upstream too
which has the same issue.

To quote from the issue I filed there:
"debian/control still shows that cinnamon depends on
gir1.2-javascriptcoregtk-3.0 which is part of the webkitgtk package
which is no longer maintained, suffers from many known security
vulnerabilities and will be removed from Debian testing in the coming
months.

If you need webkit functionality, see the webkit2gtk source package."
