[Pkg-citadel-devel] Bug#508167: citadel-server: cannot set ical sgi value

In Citadel "ical messages" cannot be activated since the necessary value 
cannot be changed:
Accordong to the documentation the value can be queried via the ICAL SGI 
command. This works for example when connected via
telnet and logged in as root (the admin account in this case). The value is 
given as zero.

However, it cannot be changed with
set ical sgi 1

The error message is:

It is necessary to change this value to enable the server to send out 
invitations to other users.
