[Pkg-clamav-devel] Fixing #506114 by a separate upload or together with other stuff?

This has been further discussed with Stephen on IRC and we came to the agreement
that in general not each and every commit should be merged from unstable to
etch-volatile.  As such it doesn't make sense to have a separate upload.
