The packages aren't made available in the "main" Packages files until
we're ready to publish the announcement.  That generally won't occur
until packages are available for most (preferably all, but that's not a
requirement) architectures - in this case, the i386 packages haven't
even been uploaded yet, and most people would (imo) expect packages for
that architecture to be available when the announcement is published.
