      Added a lock while the database structured is read.
      Update all file to include the licence to follow GPL Standard Licence.
      Add the licence file for GPL V. 2
      Rename the tree to follow the standard rule for the packages
      Modified the Makefile.am and configure.ac files to follow the new coding standard.
      Move all files to upper level
      Update .gitignore file.
