erick at fsl.org.mx erick at fsl.org.mx

Package: cl-swank
Version: 1:20080223-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

When I try to start Slime I get the following error:

; loading

debugger invoked on a SB-BSD-SOCKETS:SOCKET-ERROR in thread #<THREAD
"initial thread" {A8FC759}>:
Socket error in "bind": 99 (Cannot assign requested address)

Type HELP for debugger help, or (SB-EXT:QUIT) to exit from SBCL.

restarts (invokable by number or by possibly-abbreviated name):
0: [ABORT] Exit debugger, returning to top level.

The problem appears both with root and normal user.

This happens with emacs22 and emacs21.

Thanks for your attention.
