SBCL blocked at 0.9.16 in testing

Hi all-

Thanks for your responses and all your work getting SBCL moving again.
A check of http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/sbcl.html indicates that at
the moment, SPARC is the only blocker, and this is evidently because
of 453903, which is in a package I presume related to documentation
(dvipdf).   There is current activity on that bug that makes it look
like it's on its way to resolution.  Should that not be the case
however, is there action we can take that will bypass this problem?
(I'm not familiar enough with the Debian bug handling procedures to
know what this would be.)
