I was also working on updating that package, you might have seen my
'here are some patches' email to the ecl devel ML from yesterday.

I've pushed my branches to alioth (debian-11.1.1-1 and upstream-11.1.1)
as I'm trying to move this package to use quilt.

I was just trying to rebuild it, so I did not fix anything beyond
importing 11.1.1 and moving to quilt.

I've just noticed that you pushed your changes to experimental... I'll
cherry pick from that branch then, ok?
