Hi,

the clisp source package specifies a Build-Depends
	libpq-dev [!hppa !ia64 !m68k !s390 s390x !mipsel !powerpc !powerpcspe], libpcre3-dev, libdbus-1-dev [!hppa !ia64 !m68k !s390 !mipsel !powerpc !powerpcspe

which contains both positive and negative architecture qualifiers
(s390x). This is invalid by Debian policy 7.1 (and, more important,
breaks tools relying on valid input).

It seems that the change was introduced in commit
ad4dfaf6ee7375cafe879cad78a81fccef3f1332 by Christoph Egger last monday.

I’d appreciate a cleanup upload.

Thanks,
Joachim
