RFS: cl-launch, cl-asdf (updated packages)

Oops, the cl-asdf package was wrong indeed, and something on my system
was shadowing it, so I wasn't seeing the failure. I uploaded cl-asdf
3.0.1.2-1 which should fix the issue.
