Bug#873168: incorrect Vcs-Browser field

Dear Maintainers,

The Vcs-Browser field points to an inexisting location. The fix is simply to
drop the ";a=summary" part at the end of the URL.

By the way, it looks like the latest uploads have not been pushed to the git
repository.
