I've re-packed the upstream tarball and mentioned this in the right
places as recommended by the developers reference.  The re-packed
tarbal is in the correct location on alioth so by removing the one you
have currently it will pull in the new one.

Since the re-pack was required for the windows binaries anyway I also
removed the zipfiles rather then trying to find out the licenses of
the files where this was not mentioned.  If that's ok then you should
be able to re-upload the package.
