[Pkg-corba-devel] deb source format 3.0 (quilt)

Hello

While checking the 4.1.4 release of omniorb I've found that using the
3.0 (quilt) format instead of svn-buildpackage's
"unpack-and-copy-checked-in-files-on-top" works a lot easier since it
avoids the difficult manual merge you have to do on every upgrade.  I
started doing this as there where too many changes to the
configuration file for example.  svn-buildpackage will keep working as
before since dpkg-source will notice the patches are not applied and
apply them before building.

I'm about to check in these changes so hope you can agree with using
this.
