Yeap, I'll take a second look into them. As far as I remember:

1) dbg package
2) testsuite (but it was doing cppunit not the shell scripts one)
3) reducing amount of linked libraries

1) I'll do first one now. Except that my pbuilder is broken now....
2) Testsuite needs redoing (rethinking)
3) needs discussion. I'll do a post.
