Hi Roberto,

Thank you a lot for taking up this matter and for having taken the initial
look at the updated bibledit package.

There is now an updated package that addresses all issues you brought up.

With regard to the Vcs-* fields that I had changed to non-existing
repositories, the fields have now been restored again to their former
values.

I have now started off with the existing git://
anonscm.debian.org/pkg-crosswire/bibledit-gtk.git to use that as the basis
for all of the updates in the package. That way, as you said, it is easy
for you to run git diff to see what changed.

I do not have write access to git://
anonscm.debian.org/pkg-crosswire/bibledit-gtk.git, and cannot make a branch
there, and do not yet have access to collab-maint on Alioth, I decided to
make a bare copy of git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-crosswire/bibledit-gtk.git
to the Debian repository of the Bibledit project at github. Here is the URL
to that repository:
Browser: https://github.com/bibledit/debian
Git: https://github.com/bibledit/debian
The newest Bibledit package is at the head of that repository, with tags
"debian/5.0.106-1" and "upstream/5.0.106".

The details of the updated package are:

Package name : bibledit
Version : 5.0.106-1
Information: https://mentors.debian.net/package/bibledit
Download: dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/b/bibledit/bibledit_5.0.106-1.dsc

Thank you so much for offering to review and sponsor the updated bibledit
package. I appreciate that a lot.

Teus
