[pkg-cryptsetup-devel] Bug#489206: Order matters

It appears that the order determines which will get the prompt for the
passphrase.

If the kernel boot param is:

console=tty0 console=ttyS0,115200n8

then I get prompted for the disk encryption passphrase over serial and I
can type the passphrase. But the attached monitor does not see the
prompt and cannot type.

If I use the kernel boot param:

console=ttyS0,115200n8 console=tty0

the reverse happens, I dont get the prompt and cannot type on serial,
but the attached monitor is able to.

It would be good if both worked at the same time, because this is really
unexpected and took me a while to figure out.
